I never thought of it as saying "heal," but I like that interpretation. It always just sounded like, well, sound to me. Vocal sound: hee-aahh (not hee-haw, either; that would be something else entirely).

Sounds like hee ya to me too. In Arabic hiya means her.

I friend of mine once had a complicated explanation about it having to do with a nectar of paradise but I didn't get the whole thing just that it was breathily 'here.'
